Sapphire Resort has a medium size, purpose built function facility (seating up to 80 people) that is ideal for the small to medium size seminar, training or conference event.

Located on the first floor above our restaurant 'Adams Oriental', the main room is 81 square metres in size and is basically square in shape. It has considerable balcony area on two sides with five large sliding glass doors giving a light and airy feel. The main balcony has superb uninterrupted views across the Brisbane River and Toowong onto Mount Cootha and is an ideal breakout area.
